1. Consultation Fee
A consultation fee of 99 Dirham (AED 99) is applicable.
This fee covers our professional time, planning guidance, and in-person consultation.
The consultation fee is non-refundable but may be adjusted in the final booking amount if the event is confirmed with us (optional – you can decide this policy).
2. In-Person Consultation
Our team will be physically present to explain all event details clearly.
We provide full guidance regarding venue, decoration, catering, entertainment, photography, and other services.
Clients will receive professional suggestions based on their event requirements.
3. Photos & Videos
We provide sample photos and videos of our previous events to help you understand our work quality.
Media shared during consultation is for reference purposes only and remains the property of EYOL.
4. Budget-Friendly Planning
We are committed to delivering the best possible services within your budget.
Final pricing depends on event size, location, customization, and service requirements.
Any additional services requested after confirmation may incur extra charges.
5. Booking & Confirmation
Event dates are confirmed only after advance payment.
All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
6. Service Commitment
We aim to provide high-quality event management services with professionalism and dedication.
While we strive for perfection, minor changes due to vendor or external factors may occur.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate event details.
Any last-minute changes should be communicated in advance.
